How it started
Young-Jin came to me when he was 10 years old, in January 2006. His former teacher got pregnant and he needed a teacher to help him prepare NYSSMA. In our first "trial" lesson, I could tell that he is very bright and has a good ear and is very obedient. The first thing that I wanted to fix was his posture: he plays like fiddler and his bow grip was deformed. We spent the first month on fixing these basic essentials. His NYSSMA is in June and he will be playing the Gavotte in Suzuki Book 2. He has an amazing amount of imagination!
